Window sharing software?

I have two computers, a laptop and a laptop that I use as a desktop. Yesterday I installed mouse sharing software on them and it's awesome. Is there any software that would let me drag an aplication window from one computer to another just like I can share my mouse? I would like some extra screen real estate and I wanna use my old laptop's screen but I don't have any video ports left free

I think Synergy can do this (at least Windows to Windows), but there doesn't seem to be a free edition any longer (it's not that expensive though).

You would lose this but you can extend your laptop's screen via spacedesk.
