TLDR/ANSWER;
Bad motherboard now and will probably only ever accept the cpu in it now / RMA for new mobo

Seems like from a technician I spoke to because I used the 3200g in the motherboard it may have corrupted some form of the BIOS or way it reads the chip. The motherboard isnt intended to have a igpu in it at all and running a cpu with the igpu even though i never used it can have some problems. I have a warranty on the product but im instead going to remove the GPU build a new system with my old ram gpu. Eat the 200 for a new motherboard and then use the old mobo and cpu as a home PC for my gram as she will never need a independent GPU and after running some tests the computer boots and runs without the GPU at all which isnt supposed to be a thing. I thank anyone who took the time to check this post and anyone having the same issue I hope this helps.

Specs
ASROCK B550 Phantom Gaming 4
(old cpu R3 3200g(ik its not compatible but it still works as long as you have a discreet GPU and dont use api)) NEW cpu is R5 5600x
MSI 1650 super
2x8gb CORSAIR Vengeance LPX (BLACK) 3200mhz
W_D 750 NVME/SSD
EVGA 600w BRONZE(?) certified
Windows 10 Home (x64)
System was made July 2020 OS was reinstalled Jan 2021 to nvme from a dying HDD (no problems at all except slow painful time)
Now to the nitty gritty. I was using a r3 3200g for awhile because its all i could get my hands on at the time with money budget and didnt check the motherboard support list as i knew it was supposed to support r 3,4000 chips. However no problems every occurred besides the maybe once a month BSOD for a ram compiler error i can never figure out. This is where the problems start. I was aware I needed to update the BIOS to install the new processor so I formatted a brand new USB drive to FAT 32 slapped the newest version of BIOS v1.90, v1.20 was when the r5 chipset became supported BUT I figured while i'm here I might as well get the newest version. I followed the OEM instructions on how to flash update the BIOS cleared the settings when the new BIOS was installed and double checked that the BIOS update was taken inside the BIOS menu. Powered down the machine turned the PSU off and unhooked everything got it to my workstation for grounding purposes. Unscrewed the old fan unlocked and uninstalled the OLD cpu (R3 3200g), took the r5 5600x out of the packaging inspected pins for dirt or bent/missing pins and everything was okay so i slapped her in locked it down fastened the fan pluged her into the cpu fan header and tried to boot. No post. Fans still work motherboards lights still showing VGA/Boot light and i cannot find anywhere in the manual that include the VGA/BOOT light. I took out the R5 5600x and reinstalled the R3 3200g and it boots right up without a problem. I know its not user error at this point and I already returned one 5600x because it was doing this i assumed it came DOA and refunded it for a new one. Well the odds of getting two dead r5 5600x chips are highly unlikely im now chalking it up to being a hardware problem. I first assumed it was the PSU so i ran all the parts currently on the computer into PCpartpicker and got a min wattage of 250 as mentioned above i have a 600watt and deffinitly am not pushing everything to the max just to boot especially since both processors are a 65 watt tdp i cannot see this being the issue seeing as the r3 works fine. Im down to my last legs before abandoning this Motherboard and just find a new motherboard that comes with r5 5600x compatibility from the box. Another friend mentioned i might of corrupted some form of the BIOS or something to do with how the computer reading the chip because i put an incompatible cpu into it.
Any help would be much appreciated I dont want to keep guessing and playing 50/50 with a machine i cannot afford to replace completely at this moment.

Is your display connected to the gpu? Have you tried forcing the gpu pcie-slot to gen3 while the 3200G is installed?

Yes I have my HDMI firmly connected to both ends, and how do you mean forcing gpu pcie-slot to gen3, how would I go about this.

Okay so I was able to force PCIe gen 3 with the 3200g installed but under load its only doing PCIe x8 3.0 and it says in GPU-z it supposedly supports x16 3.0. Idk if this is still going to cause issues or not anyone with more information on if its worth trying to 5600x again or if theres a way to force x16?

3200G only has 8 lanes. How does it show up with the 5600x?

It dosent, ran out of thermal paste last night and had to pick up some more. Changed out the CPU again after work and still same process is happening when i install the 5600x it tries to boot fans spin up then down and then its constant rpm now but still no boot. After updating all drivers and BIOS to latest version still no post with the 5600x but when i reinstall the 3200g it works again.

Ive tried to boot with only one ram, tried to reset cmos through jumper, tried different versions of the BIOS unseated and reseated ram and gpu. Checked  PSU and power is okay everything is securely plugged in and none are missing and the problem is only present when changing CPUs tried different CPU fans to no problems with fans either. The ram is compatible with the CPU and is on factory set speeds default from BIOS. Ive installed AMD VGA update and chipset update. Any other suggestions will be appreciated

Contact Asrock directly. That sounds like complete bullshit as most b550 do indeed support igpu:s and older ryzens unofficially.
