Hello, first i apologize for my bad english.
I need your help please, for several months I have had problems with BSODs, before they were not very regular but ultimately they happen to me up to 4-5 a day, it is impossible for me to work or play, the applications sometimes close or restart alone, the browsers also get errors very often (status_access_violation) I have seen many forums and videos and i think its ram memory but I am not sure,I have not been able to try with another ram memory, until I am sure I do not want to buy another, all the parts of the equipment I bought new (except for the gpu that was from my old computer) I have already tried placing enable and disable xmp, changing the socket memory, run a memory test (the one from Windows and MemTest86 ALL GOOD 0 errors ) I have installed windows many times, I have updated windows and all the drivers, latest board version F33 .

Board: Gigabyte Aorus master x570
CPU: AMD ryzen 9 3900XT
Memory RAM: Gskill Trident Z Neo - F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC DDR4 3600 16GBx2
GPU: MSI Nvidia Geforce 1060 6 GB
M2: XPG Spectrix s40G
SSD: Toshiba-TR200
OS: Windows 10 pro 21H1
Power Supply: XPG Core Reactor 850W 80-Plus Gold
Cooler: Nzxt Kraken x53
Bios Version : F33

in case it is the ram memories, is there any way to fix them? They are new and cost me a lot! I can also no longer return them for guarantee.
I appreciate any help, I'm already desperate with this computer

If the dram is bad there is no even reasonably easy way to fix it.  This happens often enough with memory that one generally makes sure it is warrantied.  Do you have one?

one standard test for memory is to run am memory testing program like memtest86. It can take awhile.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

The 2 memories when I bought them about 5 months ago were new and the MemTest86 had already tested it and i got 0 errors.

Ah.  Warranties in theUSA are 90 days generally there’s a minimum 1 year in the EU. If they did 5 months before dying it’s probably not a manufacturing error.  Sometimes memory just goes bad.  There is an older more sensitive test for memory but it takes even longer:  you put a single stick in slot one and run it.  If it stops erroring out  the other stick may be bad.  If it doesn’t stop try the other stick.  If it keeps doing it it’s not the dram.  This relies on the low likelyhood of two ram sticks both going bad. So it’s not super strong.  Also it takes several times as long as memtest. It can sometimes catch very subtle problems that memtest can miss though.

I am trying just that with a single ram and if I get errors I will change the socket, I will update how it went, thanks

Not sure what you mean when you say “change the socket”.  Like to slot #2?
