Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming and Streaming (Usually Triple A titles)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I already have RTX 2060 and a WD 1tb NVME.

Hello guys,

Im building a pc this weekend and would love your help. As mentioned, I have gpu and storage already. I just need to buy the rest of the system. Here’s what I was thinking in terms of products, feel free to share your opinion and try to give me better products if I am making mistakes.

CM Nr200p

5600x

16gb 3600mhz ram

Sfx psu

either b550/x570 (not sure which to get)

cpu cooler (if possible within budget)

Pls give your feedback and also try to get me a better deal than this. Thanks.

Ps: I plan to upgrade gpu later.

For the cooler I would recommend a Hyper 212, as long as your not overclocking. X570 is a bit better, but generally more expensive, and only necessary if you want really big overclocks.

Won't fit in his case, and is terribly inefficient when it comes to SFF cooling (*if it can even fit).

Not true at all, it's just a different chipset.

So it's supposed to somehow effectively pull fresh air into the case using mere will? 👀

The 2060 won't even pull fresh air into the case, it'll pull what it can grab into itself and then reflect heat into the surrounding chassis.

Not a good deal for the CPU and VRM if you ask me, that's a very negative-pressure orientation.

Clear path (~40mm) from the case bottom to gpu intake fans, path of least resistance. The cpu cooler I selected allows for mounting such that airflow can be directed over the vrm.

Hello, thank you for your response and built. However, I think you might have made a mistake and gave US prices. Because I seached a lot and some of the prices do not reflect to store prices. The cpu, ram, mobo, psu for example. Your price is way lower than the stores.

YES, that's my bad, I updated the parts list! 😁

I accidentally quoted some of the prices in USD, but the links were still correct and it matches your budget.
