When my pc is running a game, my gpu usage is under 20%. My cpu is around 40%. My fps game drop all the time, my texture wasnt load in, and worst of all crash, anyway to fix pls help or should i buy new ram and ssd,

Pentium G4560

Gt1030

4gb ram 2400mhz

120gb ssd for windows

300gb old hdd(laptop hdd) for game library

4GB of RAM today is a very minimal amount. 8GB is about as low as anyone should have especially if trying to game.

The 1030 isn't a decent GPU in the first place, so you're running on minimal specs all around.  Get another 4GB of RAM and a larger SSD for games (120 is fine to boot).

 

Then wait out the market issues and upgrade your CPU and GPU later when you can.
