Quick Doubt About Windows Reinstalling

open up a powershell terminal (WIN + X -> Windows Powershell) and run an SFC check

 

SFC /scannow

see if it kicks back any errors, if it does, see if it's able to correct them, and see if the issue persists.

Do a repair upgrade by following the steps shown here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/how-to-do-a-windows-10-repair-upgrade/f13be485-029f-4f91-aa5f-a2e766f0e55f it will fix windows problems and leave all your files and programs intact.
