BSOD bccode 3b

BSODS have been getting more frequently. what are the possible causes of this. I have latest drivers though i don't have sp1 installed so there's that. i'll try doing a fresh install of Geforce drivers later and fixing my sp1 problems maybe next week because I don't have time, well, maybe friday. Can faulty hardware also cause this?

still getting blue screens after doing a clean install of drivers. same code
