user benchmark crashing

my userbenchmark gpu test crashes anyone know why?

Specs:

rtx 3080 gaming x trio

32gb ram ddr4 3200mhz

GX850 PSU seasonic 80+ gold

Ryzen 7 5800x @stock settings

Msi Magcoreliquid 360r

coolermaster h500p case

 

cyberpunk ran normally without crashing in rt ultra on 1080p

I’ve had this suddenly too. It will do the first gpu test for about 1 second, skip the other gpu tests and then move onto the next test.

You’re going to get a certain amount of guff about userbenchmark in general.  It’s widely considered to be an extremely inaccurate metric that heavily favors intel and Nvidia to the point that the numbers are nearly useless.  As far as their test hanging though it could either be their test of your machine.  Does anything else hang your machine?

You are not missing out on anything. Userbenchmark is not an actual benchmark. If you want to benchmark your computer's performance and compare it to others online use 3D Mark instead.

yes furmark and 3dmark work fine

Probably just the app then.  Maybe try an uninstall redownload and reinstall.

If a machine is stable in 99/100 tasks, it is not stable. 

 

Odds are its the app though if you're stable in notably more demanding titles and other benchmarks.
