Power supply question

good after noon everyone! i just had a question about if i should upgrade my PSU? i have a 500-watt standard bronze, not sure on the brand. I know the image below doesn't really give anyone a lot of information on the PSU but i just don't want to take it everything out to see what brand it is and just wanted to show an example of what i am talking about. Every time i connect my phone or an external hard drive for extra memory, it just cuts completely off which is usual to me?? probably its a little more than what the PSU can handle ?

What are the specs of your PC?  We can't know if your PSU wattage is enough without knowing what it's powering.

 

Also, without knowing the exact model, we have no idea if it's a good PSU in a general sense.

Pc specs 

GPU : gtx 1650 super 

CPU: Ryzen 3 3100 

MOBO: Asrock 520m/ac

Memory: 8GB VRAM 

storage: SATA 500 GB 

And yeah, I’ll probably have to remove to see what brand it is.

Brand is necessary now, since the PSU wattage is more than fine your rig.  Doubt you pull more than 300-325w from the wall.
