Since the mortar max is not reviewed and used as much as the tomahawk, can I safely assume that the mortar max has the same performance when a reviewer says something about the tomahawk's performance? Like the VRMs, and performance with different CPUs in general. Thanks.

Mortar & Tomahawk are different 'boards, entirely... mATX & ATX, resp.

Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

My bad, did not specify that I knew the difference between the two. Just asking the similaruty they have when it comes to their performance (VRMs).

I would work on NO similarity at all; the only link is that the BIOS generation is the same - guaranteed to work with ZEN 2/Ryzen 3000 CPU's
