PSU is likely trash and I'd replace it. Other than that it looks fine, though you're going to run out of storage extremely quickly.

2700 is incompatible with B550 chipset. That only supports Zen 2 and 3. The 2700 is Zen+. If you want to stick with the 2700, you should get a B450 board.

As a first timer, you obviously aren't aware, but the RAM capacity is just about the most useless spec you could provide. Clocks and timings are what matter. Specifically for Ryzen, you should get 3200-3600MHz CL16 (CAS Latency, the first number in the series of dashed numbers you'll see in the RAM product listing).

The PSU is complete garbage. A PSU is one of the most important, if not the most important, components in your system, as literally everything else depends on clean, stable, and reliable power. This is not something you should cheap out on. Check the PSU tier list, and get something in the B tier or better.

god god thanks so much. I would have bought this and totally destroyed my cpu.

It wouldn't have "destroyed" your CPU. They're surprisingly resilient. The motherboard incompatibility would have just prevented you from successfully POSTing (making it past the self-check the BIOS does before starting).

The PSU *could* cause issues, but more often a poor quality PSU will just manifest itself as system instability, inability to run RAM at rate speeds, subpar CPU/GPU performance, or in some of the worser cases, BSODs and system shutdowns.
