Depends entirely on what for at what price. SLI is all but dead and they aren't worth spending a lot on.

For SLI?? Hell no unless the game supports SLI and is very good utilizing two cards. Not worth the issue or microstuttering associated with SLI/CrossFire/multi-GPU things for gaming alone. 

 

Better to just get one card instead.

If you mean for 2 seperate computer well yes and no depending on the rest of the spec

For one pc with sli configuration? No, sli as well as Cfx is dead at this point and even if they're not dead a 1650 doesn't support any type of multi gpu configuration....
