So I made a pc a couple mouths ago but I'm still new to computers and I was wondering if I should upgrade my cpu. I have a GIGABYTE B550 AORUS Elite motherboard so I need a amd and I don't know if it matters or not but just in case I have a rtx 3060

No. There is no reason to upgrade a 3600 for a 3060. Plus saying "only" 16GB of RAM is not correct. 16GB is more than enough to run almost any game, and run google chrome/discord at the same time. In some cases, its also enough to stream.
