PC building help

I am mid-way through buying stuff for my PC but I don't know what to buy next.
Budget:450-500€
Country: Bosnia
Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming, Video editing and Blender
Other details:
The components I currently have are:
-Ryzen 5 3600
-A 128GB SSD from some company called Solid
-Toshiba 2TB HDD

-A Mid-tower case
The components I thought of buying:
-Asus Prime B450M-A
-PATRIOT Viper 16GB Blackout DDR4 3000Mhz Kit
-Corsair RM550x PSU
What are your recommendations for this? Why?
I am also planning to buy a GTX 1650S but that will come later so I'll be using my GTX 750 Ti as a substitute.

What mid tower case?

I'd get a 3200MHZ kit. (make sure it's CL16!)
The RMX is completely unnecessary. Get a cheaper unit such as the MSI A650GF, Pure Power 11, Or simply the Corsair CX. (i'd get anything between 500 - 750W)
Lastly, once the shortage ends GPUS like the RTX 3050 and 3050ti will be avalible. I would consider those instead.

Would it make a difference if I used a Prime B550M-A instead of B450?

Both boards kind of suck, the B550 would be better I guess

Hmm alright, what about the MSI B550-A PRO? It's pretty affordable for me here
