I am having this very sad ram issue. Every time I overclock my ram It doesn't want to boot or load. It worked before... Here are the specs for my pc:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wTb73Z

My hyperx fury ram is a 16gb kit (2/8) and 2133Mhz. Its CL14 (Intel XMP) :

And my G.Skull Trident Z RGB ram is a 16gb kit also (2/8) and 3200Mhz. Its CL16 (Intel XMP):
https://www.gskill.com/product/165/166/1536654268/F4-3200C16D-16GTZR-Overview

Every time I go into bios I only get the Hyperx XMP Profile (because its a AMD motherboard it shows up as D.O.C.P). My motherboard just shows a orange light, I have no possible overclocking skills I just search google. In order for me to make it boot I just reset the cosmos. Because I don't have a cosmos jumper I just take out the battery and short the connections(Obviously I had to unplug my pc).

Because of my prossesor I am limited to only 2933Mhz. I dont know the settings to overclock my ram.

So what frequency are you trying to overclock it to? 3200MHz CL16 1.35V is only meant to run 2133MHz CL15 at 1.2V, CL14 might not work. 2133MHz CL14 1.2V is even less likely to do 3200MHz CL16 at 1.35V, not 2933MHz CL16 either.

huh... I am trying to over clock my ram to only 3000MHz at 1.4V I might change the timings to CL15 (but I don't know how).

Memory is not CPU, more voltage or looser timings can't do much on memory that are just incapable. Lower timings is higher performance and stress to the memory so that's just making it worse.

Best way for you is to remove the 2133MHz kit and run 3200MHz on the Gskill kit. Need to clear CMOS after you change the memory.
