so i was finally able to switch my old hdd drive with an ssd and I have a second drive with 4tb in it and I had all my info and everything saved on it but once i booted up my pc with the new SSD  it keeps on telling me that the info on the hdd cant be used so i was wondering how to fix this.(also my games which i had saved on their also don't appear.)

Did you also change OS version? Also HDDs use moving parts and depending on how geriatric it is it may have been fatally injured in transit. Yet another thing that comes to mind is the thing has errors on it that a newer protocol that got loaded with the new drive wouldn’t put up with but an older one might.  
 

I might try a linuxLIVECD boot disk and see if the other os has the same problem. hopefully you will get answers less wishy washy than mine.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
