Hi I want to ask is this a good result from nvme pci gen3 drive model: crucial p5 500gb.

RND4K seems low idk why maybe because it is filled with data? Hello

Random is always going to be slower than sequential. Sequential is when you read or write maybe a 5 GB file whereas random can be lots of small files scattered around the disk. Result seems fine to me.
