Looks alright. You need a GPU though, otherwise it just won't work. Finding the GPU will be the hardest part unfortunately. Also, 32GB is a bit overkill for just gaming, but if you want to spend the money then there's no harm in going for 32GB.

Desktop - i5-9600KF @4.8GHz all core, MSI Z390-A PRO, 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3000MHz, MSI GTX 1660S OC 6GB, WD Blue 500GB M.2 SSD, Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM HDD

Laptop - ASUS ZenBook 14 with ScreenPad, i7-1165G7, Xe iGPU 96EU, 16GB Octa-Channel 4200MHz, MX450 2GB, 512GB SSD with 32GB Optane

Old Laptop 1 - HP Pavilion 15, A10-9600P, R5 iGPU, 8GB, R8 M445DX, 2TB HDD

Old Laptop 2 - HP Pavilion 15 TouchSmart, i3-3217U, Intel HD 4000, 4GB, 1TB HDD

iPad 2018 - 128GB

iPhone XR - 128GB

I don't know much about PSUs, but there is a tier list for PSUs somewhere - here you go [psucultists] PSU Tier List - Power Supplies - Linus Tech Tips

I would suggest a different board, as the Asus B450-F is pretty average. The MSI B450-A PRO MAX or B450 Tomahawk MAX II etc are better if going with B450.

If you are just gaming then I would go with the WD Blue SN550 SSD over the Intel 660p.

The boxed retail version of the 5600X is cheaper. If you want a better cooler than the stock one, then something like an Arctic Freezer 34 is around 20 Euros.

That case looks like it has very limited airflow. Maybe look at ones with a mesh front.

As above you will need a gpu if going with a Ryzen 5000 cpu. If you don't intend on buying one for a while then maybe consider Intel as also suggested above. The 11400 or 11500 would be my suggestion with a B560 board. Make sure you get one with a decent VRM/Heatsink.
