Hi guys, so first a little bit about myself. I'm 18 and I'm in my first year of university. I noticed I've been living less healthy than before, so I started running about 7km every ~two days and in the days inbetween the days I run, I have been trying tot strengthen my upper body by doing some exercices. I've been doing this for about 3weeks and I'm already noticing some results.

Now the problem is that I probably eat way too much sugar, so I'd love to have an app to monitor my sugar/calories. I would also like an app with some exercices/training program to get a more muscular upper body without going to the gym or buying extra equipment (the only weights I've got are 3kg each so yeah...

Anyhow there's way too many apps for me tot try the all out, so which ones do you prefer?

You can make incredible good use with a backpack and some weights. They don't even have to be legit weight plates. 

 

You can do weighted pull ups (hands facing away), weighted chin ups (hands facing in), weighted pushups, weighted dips, weighted crunches (plate(s) on your chest), weighted calf raises etc etc...the list goes on.

 

I would also invest in a door frame pull up bar.
