i need help with my problem

please help me i got a very weird and annoying problem and i almost tried every thing to solve it but nothing perma solved it and its so rare that there is no youtube videos about it so the thing is my pc turns off by it self and on again when electricity switches not every time though while it plugged on ups and i tried switching the ups the same thing still happens the only thing that fixed it for a couple of weeks is switching my power supply to a lower quality one after my old one died and i noticed my hard drive have caution in crystal disk info dont know where the problem is my specs just in case i7 3770 1050ti and 8gb ram my only hope is here so please if anyone knows this problem or know a fix it will be very appreciated and thanks!
