Can I remove my RAM safely after shutting down the pc?

After that, I'll put it back. Am I gonna lose something or is it safe just like that?

Of course you can. Just remove it. Nothing will happen as long as you shut down your pc. Press the power button a few times so that the electricity is fully drawn out, just to make sure.
