I wouldn't mind even spending 500 € on the CPU, as long as it is a really strong CPU that will assist me a lot.

what is the specific task youre going to do in your system?

if just day to day use i3 or i5 is enough

How's the 5600x working for you? No problems?

I ran one for a couple of week (I was between Ryzen 9s)
It's a very good value if you get it at MSRP. It has the ideal number of cores to game.

however if you intend to stream you should Go R7 5800x.
Either way, be sure to get some good ram and enable XMP (or DOCP if you get an ASUS board)

I'm really enjoying it. I had some issues with crappy case airflow (I bought cheap) and I ended up hating the Wraith Stealth cooler that came with it. I installed the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO I had on my old CPU. Since then, I haven't had any issues at all.

What kind of motherboard is ideal for that model of CPU? I will run 16GB of RAM 3200Mhz

I went with an MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus. It had the features I wanted for a good price. I know there are some really good B550 boards out there too that I think are a little cheaper than an X570 board if that's a concern. There are a lot of really good options out there. My best advice is check reviews and don't buy one with a bunch of features you'll never use because it will cost a lot more for nothing. But I don't like recommending anything other than an X570 or a B550 board.

My first thought was to go for an Asus ROG Strix B550-F (WIFI Version) for the 5600x and in the future for a Ryzen 7 or even a Ryzen 9
