Is there a way to move windows from my 4TB HDD to a new 500GB SSD to boot faster and keep all of my data on the HDD?

it would prob be simpler if you went to bios and enabled boot to sdd

if I installed windows on the ssd and booted from it would I still be able to access all of my data on my hdd?

yea, bc it works for me, but id prob wait for someone a bit more experienced to clarify and confirm

Yes you can move it. You need to sysprep you system then back it up as a WIM or some other disk imaging and apply it to your new drive. Some disk imaging software copy the drive over
