Need some help with my gpu.

Hello So Its my first time posting on here and I need some help. So my 2060 is only utilizing eh about 17% or something on Fallout new vegas, roblox and other games so if anyone could help me that would be great.


Also my specs are
MSI 2060
Intel I5-9400
2666mhz 16gb ram
H310 S2H 2.0
700 watt 80 plus certified PSU
a 240gb ssd and a 2tb hardrive

If cpu is at 100 percent usage, its a cpu bottleneck. 

 

If not, set nvida to performace mode.

Set power setting to performance mode.

Crank up the resolution and game settings

Do you have the graphics settings set all the way up on FNV? Also neither of the games you mentioned should be making the 2060 work too hard from what I understand, unless you push the resolution pretty high.
