Need help with picking parts.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): My current setup is: GPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 CPU: i3-3220 Motherboard: p8h61-mx with 8GB of ddr3 ram.

I am looking to upgrade my cpu, motherboard and ram. I cant decide between the AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and the Intel i5 10400f. The Intel CPU is cheaper by 65 Euros and i also dont plan on any overclocking and i will be getting 16GB of ram. After GPU prices drop back to normal i will also upgrade my GPU. If someone can send me a list that fits into my budget and will give me the best performance for my money it'll be really nice since ive been having a headache trying to decide with what CPU/RAM/MOBO combo to go with.
