Can I ask which is a better processor, its for an ereader

Cortex A17.

I have a few questions though:
1. Is it just an e-reader, or does it double as a tablet, like the Kindle Fire?

2. Is there a price difference? If so, how much and which is more expensive?

 Its a first gen Onyx Boox Nova ereader,

 

the price difference is big, it was there vs a Remarkable 1 which is 3x the price but the Nova doesn't have stylus support
