Budget (including currency): 60,000 PHP (1250 USD)

Country: Phillipines

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly games, wide variety from stuff like Rogue Company to GTA V, really probably any game.

Other details Brand new PC since I've never owned a personal desktop before so I don't have any pre-existing parts. My parents are actually helping with this being a graduation gift, since my old laptop had a GTX 960m and a I7-6700HQ with 8GB RAM and only had 1TB HDD.

So far, this is what we found and I'm wondering if it's a good value

So I'm wondering if the parts that we're getting would be good enough to last us for a while and not being overly expensive! I don't have any experience in building a PC yet. It's a:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 unlocked
MOBO: ASUS TUF B450M Pro Gaming
GPU: PNY Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super OC (Single Fan)

RAM:  GSKILLS TRIDENT Z NEO 16GB, 3600Hz

SSD: 500 GB MTE110S PCIE NVME M.2
HDD: HD-SGTE 1TB SATA (ST1000DM010)
PSU: Silverstone ES230 700W
Case: TrendSonic Raider TG RGB

we already have a keyboard and mouse but we could also use a better monitor. Probably the minimum that you would get but not too bad?
