Hello, people from the forum,

I have been having an issue in specific games were GPU usage is low, resulting in lower performance. After turning on PBO on my 2700X, performance was uplifted, but I still had lower than normal GPU usage. What I noticed when applying load to a GPU through the Heaven benchmark was that the GPU usage was at 100%, drawing 175 watts, and giving expected performance when the CPU was at idle. However, when a CPU stress test was added with OCCT, the GPU usage would go down into the 30-70% range, and the wattage levels would go down for the GPU into 145-160. This could be Windows power plans, but I have a feeling it's something else. Could anyone help? I swear this PC I have is cursed since I've had so many issues with it.

Specs:

Ryzen 7 2700X (stock cooler)

RTX 2060 Super (Zotac Super AMP EXTREME version)

16 GB DDR4-3600 CL18 downclocked to 3200 CL18 (stability with 2700X)

Asrock B450M Steel Legend

Apevia 800 Watt 80+ Gold rated PSU (not a recommended brand but had no issues with this unit before this occurred)

Need any other specs? Just ask and I'll provide.
