The RTX 2060 is not a powerful card, if you can I would recommend waiting, because that is a 300 dollars graphics card.

It didn't save my changes, I upgraded to a 3060, is that any better?

Yeah, quite a bit better, I wouldn't recommend it for a 1500-1700 dollar system any other time, but in 2021, its the best you can get.
