5900x temps

my temp is so high when loading up games or installing something it's reaching 70c to 80c

my idle temp is 45c to 54c
my cinebench r23 temp is 67c

my temp while gaming 60 to 75 it depends in game

my main problem is, is this normal when i'm opening tarkov or loading to a map my cpu temp will spike up to 75 to 80c

CPU : Ryzen 9 5900x (stock)
Cooler : NZXT Kraken Z73
Mobo : Asus ROG Strix X570 E Gaming

those temps are actually normally.

amd runs really hot, scary i know. 

In you're bios Maybe, they're is a different preset Cpu fan mode. -Silent -Standard -fullspeed -performance

its because the BIOS is tuned to think it needs more than it does and once it realized how much juice it actually needs, its settles back down.
