Ive had my build for just about a year now and had not had any issues until about two months ago. I started getting memory management BSOD but everytime I run health checks and Ram checks everything says its perfectly fine. My games have started to always have corrupted files and just recently I couldnt even fully download 2k21.Ive done a full windows reset, Ive tried taking out 2/4 sticks and it still gives me problems. Ive updated all the drivers even did a flash update on MBO. If anyone knows what could be wrong please help. My build is this;

Intel i7 9700k

mpg z390 pro gaming carbon mbo

4 8GB trident Z neo 3600

Rtx 2070 super

2 500gb samsung evo ssd

2tb seagate HDD

750W Corsair PSU

I would first try turning off the XMP for the RAM and seeing if that helps, if that doesn't, try a stick of RAM in every slot (it will boot even if it's in the wrong one) until you get a BSOD and then you know what to look for

Sorry I forgot to mention I have tried having xmp on and off and it still was cause an issues. I will try the one stick in each slot and see what happens. Any recommendations on how i could stress the one stick to see if i could force a bsod

I use 7-zip compression benchmark and set it as close to the full capacity of the stick as I can

Okay so i tried a little different approach, i had a single 16gb 3200 ram that i threw in the second slot and ran some test and the computer handled it perfectly so then i reinstalled the trident sticks but this time i set the speeds to 3200 running on the xmp along with the memory try it set for cl 18 for 4600 and havent had any issues so far at least nothing like i was having before.
