pc doesn't do anything

My pc doenst do anything no fans... nothing ( except for the usb ports). When i press on my power button even led on the case wont even shine. I have already taken out the ram sticks one bYe one. BUT I DON'T HAVE A CPU AND A GRAPHICS CARD YET. i searched on the internet and that wasnt a problem. But when i was building the pc i had a little static shock on the case but i dont know if thats the problem. And if that is the problem how do i fix this? PLS HELP ( iam kind of in panic, this is my first build)

Asrock b450 pro4

Corsair 16gb 3600 mhz ram

Evga 650 w 80 plus bronze

Crucial 500gb m.2 ssd

3x arctic silent fans

Nzxt h510i case

You’re expecting for the machine to work without a cpu?!  a “compatible” motherboard will sometimes do a few things without a cpu but not much.  The phrase “not a problem” is kind of vague though.

It's doing what it's supposed to at this stage.  Which is basically nothing.

 Why does this work then? Sorry for all those questions but iam just a beginner.
