Im not a newbie to pc building but i havnt ever gone custom water cooling before but its my end goal for my pc. i have an rtx 3060 and i know it doesnt need to be water cooled but i wanan do it for the looks (IF I CAN) now i dont believe you can get waterblocks for a 3060 can you? if you can please correct me. but if not, what 3000 card do you recomend me to get for water cooling, i was a thinking a 3080

You have a 3060 that's perfectly fine, but you want to buy a 3080 just to water cool for aesthetics?

not that it's necessarily a matter of options, but if you're new to watercooling starting with a waterblocked from factory card could be an easier starting point. Honestly, if you're buying blocks from EK on top of buying the necessary card you could end up spending as much or more while still having to install the block yourself because of shipping and tarrifs. The other option is to waterblock a less expensive card for your first time like I did. I personally water blocked a 5700xt reference card when they launched. I guess if you're in the UK my tariff experience probably won't apply, but worth mentioning for the other people considering this.

yeah thats fairly true, i want to do it my self as im into the learning experiance of it, ive taken apart many gpus for various different reasons but never waterblocked one.
