So I recently replaced my thermal paste and after I put everything back together my pc keeps booting into bios. But in the bios my ssd and external hard drive is showing on the storage tab.

i have tried plugging everything out and just have my ssd in. I tried swapping sata slot. I tried resetting cmos but still nothing. If anyone can help me I would be very thankful!

Hey there, this should be a simple fix.

While the PC is booting up press F8 on your keyboard. This should load you into the boot menu rather than the BIOS, from where you can select which device to boot from. In your case that would be whatever drive your OS is installed on.

Hope this fixes your issue !!!
