Really small speaker for tablet

I have a tablet that doesn't have a speaker. I was wondering if there is a solution to get a really small low power speaker. The sound quality doesn't need to be extremely loud or perfect quality. Something that can play speech decently well to someone holding the tablet. 

 

Any advise would be great! I kind of want to avoid a bluetooth and have something wired. In my mind it's like a lavalier microphone but a speaker. I have no idea if that exists.

at this point i would just get earbuds or headphones, having a speaker made for a pc is not going to work well with a tablet, hope this helps
