Generally speaking, they should be pretty similar. ROG is the more "gamery" line with more RGB and gamer-style look. TUF is the more industrial/military look and tends to be more subdued. In other words, it mostly boils down to which look you prefer.

RTX 3070 Asus ROG Strix or RTX 3070 Asus TUF? I am wondering which one is better because I want to get a 3070, but want to get the best card for the price.

(I know that these are unavailable or too expensive right now but I might buy it when it goes back in stock or lowers in price.)
