hello my setup is:

amd 7950

amd fx4300

windows 7 64 home premium

so my games crash when my graphics card is on stock voltages and the gpu fan is on high

it forces me to downclock it. that causes fps drop.

is there a heat problem?

Check your temps using MSI afterburner or some temp software or bios. CPU temp will most liklyy be wrong. Also, how many watts is ur psu? What case? how many fans? Is it dusty inside?

i got mine from cyberpower

it said i have a 3 year warranty

where would i find that?

http://www.cyberpowerpc.com/support/

Click on the "eRMA" tab at the bottom.

"M. Aronnax." replied the Canadian, "your arguments are rotten at the foundation. You speak in the future, 'We shall be there! we shall be here!' I speak in the present, 'We are here, and we must profit by it.'"

You can normally RMA through the manufacturer. Your invoice from Cyberpower should be enough for proof of purchase if you need one. If you just send a RMA request to Cyberpower, they should be able to use your order history to prove that you bought it and that it has a warranty.
