Built 2 new systems for my brother and I. Everything is the same and brand new expect the GPU's we are using our old GPUs. One is a 2080 Super the other is 2080 Ti

System:

AMD Ryzen 9 5900x

G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series 32GB 4x 8GB DDR4 3600

Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero AM4 AMD X570 ATX AMD MOBO

NZXT Kraken Z Series z73 360 MM

Psu Phanteks Revolt X 80 Plus Platinum 1000w

Windows 10 Home

Western Digital WD NVMe. M.22280 2TB

Update:

Fixed the bent pin on USB gen 3 mobo with a toothpick

Fixed 1 PC is up and running.

Both PCs started with Code 00 which one still has it and the other just happened to start working. Think by clearing the CMOS fixed that one.

For your first PC: If you have very steady hands and something very skinny like a toothpick, you can try to repair the pin and make it perfectly parallel to the other pins.

For the second PC: Are you able to get to the BIOS first using the same display port cable? And you are plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard, right?

I bought 2 of everything and built it with my brother we did everything together at the same time. His radiator fans work but mine doesn't.

Brothers pc now has 0D code

looks like the AIO is plugged into the CPU_OPT fan head, try it in the one next to it, which is CPU_FAN or the right one which is AIO_PUMP, according the the manual (i think)...

iirc you'll often get that error when the CPU_FAN header isn't registering a value

Step 1 CMOS reset and try if it will start  (bios reset)

Step 2 if not exchange the hardware step by step. take your cpu out and put it into your brohteres system and look if it boots. you might also start with GPU

also put his cpu/gpu into yours.

Step 3 find the part that isn't working

stupid me, try to start with only one RAM, go get your manual and look up which slot you have to use

I did take out the battery on the MOBO for over 1 min when I was relocating my radiator to a new location. Still cant get it to boot up.

I did try turning it on with no CPU/GPU/Memory sticks and on the CPU_Status the red light did light up. Under the error code none of the LED lights light up. Just stays at Code 00 and cant get nothing to boot.

Since my brothers PC is up and running I'll try to put his CPU/GPU into my system to see what happens next.

We both have exactly the same PC build only difference is in the GPUs 1 is 2080 Super the other 2080 Ti

Just asking to be sure did you try with only 1 ram stick in the right slot? I ran into the problem that a system didn't want to boot the first time with more than 1.

Right now it really sounds like a motherboard problem. Just take all the functional parts of your brother's system and plug everything into your motherboard and look if it boots up. Also all your brother's display, keyboard mouse etc
