upgrade path

i have a b450m gaming plus motherboard with two T-Force 8gb ddr4 3000 ram i also have another set of ram (same ram) that i got thinking my board had four ram slots now should i just get a new board that has four slots (what one do you suggest) or upgrade my ram so i have two 16gb ddr4 (what do you suggest i get) and im sorry if i dont have enough info i provided what i thought was the only info that matters but will tell you what else i have as well
