Screen refresh rate flicker...

So... i think the BEST way to explain this is with a couple of videos (attached)

my system is an Asus tuf gaming  A17 with a gtx1650
with two Lenovo G320qc-10 monitors.

one is connected with an HDMI to HDMI cable running at 120hz
the other is connected wit a USB-c to Display port cable running at 144hz.
all was fine yesterday BUT after windows update it also updated the bios and this started to happen,
so i updated the graphics drivers and "fixed" it for a bit...
Then when i opened Discord AND cs go.. it started happening again...

i disabled the G sync thing "which worked in the past" but now does nothing....

is there any suggestions that you guys might have?

Also sorry if i missed anything important, its my first time posting here.

have you tried another cable and lowering the refresh rate?  also this isn't really the place where you should but this post, you should of put in the displays sub forum :).

Weird... Windows update doesn't update bios, well at least never heard about such thing. Try to uninstall your graphics driver with DDU and then install the newest driver. Also, disable G-sync. See if this helps.

Completely agree but it happened.
i guess the Asus software "noticed" the update and figures wth might as well...

i posted it here because its not a display issue....
its definitely a graphics card issue ...

UPDATE....
i set both monitors to 120 HZ and now when i load CS go the monitor im playing on goes down to 100hz BUT stays there... soooo the flicker is gone... but at the cost of 20hz....

 

oh well....
