Soft reboot on Warzone and Gears 5 startup

I having trouble getting Warzone and Gears 5 to run. Both games cause a soft reboot upon startup, although Gears does allow some time in the splash screen before it restarts. I've switched my RAM and GPU out to try and eliminate those as possible problems, and the issue persists. Specs as follows:

 

Ryzen 5900x

Asrock X570m Pro4 

G Skill Rip Jaws 32GB 3600mhz (or alternatively Trident Z 64GB 3200mhz)

Gigabyte Master 3070  (or Tuf Gaming 3070)

NZXT C750

Thermaltake Water 3.0

 

I've down a number of stress tests and a memory test. No thermal issues and no memory errors.

By soft reboot you mean the whole pc instantly restarts? If that is the case I'd blame the PSU, try stressing both CPU and GPU at the same time to check if you can replicate the issue.

That's exactly what I mean. Goes right back to splash screen for bios. I'm in the process of getting a new psu now. After that I'll switch the cpu and finally, if necessary, the motherboard.
