MSI B550-A Pro Slow post normal?

Compared to my old FM2+ desktop (took 5 seconds with a HDD) the post time on my B550-A Pro is 15 seconds slower (20 seconds) is this just an MSI thing or am I missing something?

I have UEFI and fast boot on, the latest non beta bios installed and i tried loading optimized defauts too.

 

My specs:

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600XT

GPU: RX 5700XT Nitro+ Sapphire

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB 3600MHz

Storage: 1TB 980 Pro + 1TB MX500 SSD

Motherboard: MSI B550-A Pro
