What's causing this?

I just noticed this on my 3007wfp and wondering what caused this...
 
It's only noticeable on certain colors, and pretty much just solid colors, and only certain colors at that (mostly blues and greys) but still curious as to why it's there.  I haven't touched it, lol. Just been sitting on the desk, it's actually turned off most of the time. lol.
 
It's out of warranty.
 
I honestly don't even notice it as I am rarely ever on a solid colored screen, lol. Only notice it when I am on the OCN homepage.
 
The slightly darker vertical pixels about an inch in.
 

Sorry for the giant collage but if I shrank if you wouldn't be able to see it at all. lol
