My old computer's specs are

ASUS P8Z77-V LK

Intel Core I7 3770K

16 GB of DDR3 Ram (don't remember speed)

GTX 1080 FE

I currently have a very old computer that is now starting to show its age, and I'm considering upgrading. I'm planning on taking the GTX 1080 out of my older computer, and putting it in the this new one, until i can get a new GPU at market price. I'm starting to get frame drops and such, and I'm thinking it's because the CPU and ram being DDR3 is so old that it is bottle-necking the system. Unfortunately in order to upgrade the CPU and ram type I'd need a new motherboard. At this point i figure i should just get a new start, since the computer is about 8 years old now. Would this build be good, or are there part(s) that should be swapped out for a better bang for buck?
