Weird GPU Sound

I have a RTX 3070 Ventus 2x OC that has this sound happening at 100% usage : https://streamable.com/kfl90o I assume the fans are running at 80 - 90%. As far as me playing games it doesn't seem to have a performance impact, just the sound is there, could this be potentially damaging? I have heard from checking other threads that this is seems to be a common issue among this specific card series but am still not sure what to do. I don't really mind the sound, just would be nice to get rid of it.
