No beeps on startup and error code 07.

i have a asrock 970 extreme4 motherboard and it originally had an error where it beeped 5 times on startup and showed error d6. I have replaced the bios chip an now it comes up with error 07. i have tried a few things. it may just be a incompatible bios chip. thanks nobody responded to my last one so i made this new topic that is the exact same can someone pls answer ( :
