KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED bluescreen

Hey, posting this for a friend.

Ever since he got windows 10, out of nowhere he bluescreens with the error code in title. 

Nothing specific causes the bluescreen (that he knows of), and we've tried most things that show up on google to no avail.

He's using windows 10 Pro version 10.0.19042, if this matters at all.
