Thermal Pad ?'s

wanting to replace the generic blue thermal pads that came with my water block for my AMD 6800, what is the OEM  pad thickness or recommended thickness

If it came with the waterblock it might be a different height than stock. Better to caliper or at measure it with a ruler.

found out the hard way but had enough blue pads but the 1mm seems to be the sweet spot for the GPU block as i ordered 2mm thick pads and the card kept crashing but did use it on the back of the GPU die on the PCB and the backplate, was trying to also do the memory back but ran out of pads
