USB combo jack sound card is too loud. How can I decrease it?

higher than 5% is too loud. How can I fix it? I am using a USB sound card with combo audio because im just using earphones and the PC case audio jack gives too much static.

Check you don't have "enhancements" enabled in sound control panel for that interface, that's about all you can do without additional apps...

there was no enhancements enabled.

Not much you can really do aside from going to your volume mixer and turning everything down so you have more control with your overall volume
