So I’m wondering because I’m new to the pc world but will a

Ryzen 5 3400g with Vega 11 Graphics

A320-K asus board

512gb SATA TEAMGROUP SSD

2x8gb Ram 3200mhz

Gigabyte 450W PSU

Work with a Radeon Rx 5600 XT or can I go into a higher class than that

I did a PSU calculator and it said that it only runs around 350 watts with all that and that GPU

it should work just fine.

Only a couple things I would personally do is get at least a 500W or 650W PSU if possible. I only say that because it's a pretty good minimum standard to have. Plus if you go with a 650W then you don't have to worry about getting a new one later if/when you upgrade. Then also get at least a 1TB or even a 2TB (they're about $50-$60) as a secondary drive for games and such. Depending on what you do 512GB can disappear very quickly.

You could always go with a better GPU if you can get one you just might run into bottlenecks in CPU intensive games such as GTA V. If you are talking the other way around saying you already have the 5600XT then you could definitely step up the system.

I don't recommend 3400g with a320 chipset, which requires bios update (mostly), and probably better be spend on b450

And probably upgrade the psu atleast to 550w or 650w if you want to use dedicated gpu, since gpu (and cpu for that matter) boost do exist...

Also if you already have a dedicated gpu maybe you want to upgrade the cpu to 3600 or something

But,

If you already bought all of this, all of them should work just fine asides from the concern of psu and motherboard...

Gigabyte 450W PSU

Which model? The only Gigabyte 450W PSU I am aware of is P450B, very low quality. Double Forward, Group Regulated and missing OTP. Info about those here https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1122694-why-group-regulated-units-shouldnt-be-boughtsold-in-2019-and-on/
